If moderate to high womb trauma has been experienced. It will be necessary
to disclose this and do 1:1 healings beforehand with Lynette to avoid retraumatization.
This workshop is for women who have already done some 1:1 councelling or healing if they have experienced physical intimacy trauma.
This isn't for women who have never done any healing work or counceling if there has been physical intimacy trauma.
This workshop involves womb work which means being pregnant is a contraindication and is absolutely not advisable for you to enter into. If you think you may be, it is your responsiblity to test for a pregnancy before starting this workshop.

The most important element to me is that you feel safe and held during your sacred feminine work.
