For a women to really enter into a healthy and thriving relationship with emotional and physical intimacy, she needs to enter into a healthy and thriving relationship with herself first. A critical step towards doing this is to release energetic ties that remain from past physical intimacy, traumas, and memories that get stored in the womb space and breasts. You see the female body, especially the womb, is made to receive, both physically and energetically.  The problem though is when we haven't been taught how to cleanse and clear our bodies energy!

So our female bodies keep storing and storing and storing and eventually we get really disconnected from our bodies and hearts, which means we're also deeply disconnected from our feminine wisdom and truth. What happens is we build up what is called armour,  meaning we toughen and harden up to protect ourselves in love and relationships. We can start doing this at a really young age too! We toughen our hearts, minds, emotions, thoughts, feelings and bodies. When we do this, it leaves us with a low level of feeling in our hearts, emotions and bodies. When really women's bodies are made to feel everything REALLY deeply, all of the emotions, what's in our hearts, and each sensation in our body.
