Tantra has ancient origins leading back to civilisations such as Lemuria and Atlantis. 

The first mystery school, schools that taught only advanced spiritual knowledge, was called Naacal Mystery School.

These were ancient times, long before Egypt, when humanity was so far advanced and used their light body for breathing and massive crystals for healing society. 

Once Atlantis fell...the knowledge was sent to Egypt, India and the Incans.
